At Body by Design Studio, we offer a number of programs centered on personal fitness training. Regardless of the program, the specifics are always custom designed for the unique needs of the client.



Scheduled Personal Training

Regularly scheduled private fitness training sessions are our primary program. Clients will usually arrange two or three one-hour training sessions per week. To make the most of their sessions, clients will usually arrive 30 minutes before (or stay 30 minutes after) their appointment time to do prescribed cardiovascular exercise.  Progress is assessed weekly. Sessions are purchased in packages and you pay only for what you use. Training sessions may be individual or with a training partner. Many intermediate and advanced students will train with a partner.

Diet Counseling


Diet counseling and compliance monitoring are a regular part of our personal training service. In special situations, some clients may wish to use this service exclusively.  In these cases, services are delivered by appointment on a fee for service basis.




Competitive Body Building and Fitness Competition


For competitive or aspiring men’s or women’s body builders, special programs are available including intensive training, diet, contest preparation, posing and choreography, wardrobe, and day-of-competition support. Arrangements are made on a per client basis. Experienced and conditioned competitors should allow a minimum of 3 months for preparation. Preparation time required for aspiring competitors in other situations will be longer. We also design similar preparation programs for women’s fitness competitors.

Special Event Preparation


Similar to our program for body builders is our preparation program for participants in pageants, auditions, athletic try-outs, performances and other special events where peak appearance or conditioning provides a necessary competitive edge. Again, arrangements are made on a per client basis and the program will depend on the individuals needs. In all cases, adequate preparation time must be allowed and will depend on the client and the event.

Buff Brides Program


Every bride, groom and member of the wedding party wants to look their best on the big day. We offer special 8 and 12 week packages for individuals or small groups that guarantee fitness and fun. A gift option is also available making this a great engagement or pre-wedding present.

Teen Training Programs


For teens we offer a special version of our personal training program that focuses not only on strength, diet and conditioning, but also education, good decision-making and positive self-esteem. Our teen programs are motivating, challenging and fun.  Special restrictions apply and availability is limited. Please call for a free individual consultation.
 



Corporate Programs


We provide consulting and fitness services to companies and firms seeking to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees and executives.  Services range from educational seminars to on-site fitness training. Please call to discuss your situation and interests. Fees vary.
 



Speaker’s Bureau


As a service to the community, we can provide speakers for your special event, service club or community-group meeting at no charge. Please call for details.
