Regularly scheduled private personal training is our primary fitness program. Clients build healthy, lean and attractive bodies by exercising with their personal trainer in two or three one-hour sessions per week. To make the fastest progress, clients will usually arrive 30 minutes before (or stay 30 minutes after) their session to do prescribed cardiovascular exercise. Progress is assessed weekly. Sessions are purchased in packages with no contracts. The typical client will pay about $460 per month to train twice a week, depending on the package purchased.

For teens and selected pre-teens, we offer a special version of our personal training program that focuses not only on strength, diet and conditioning, but also education, decision-making and positive self-esteem. We are also the only studio in the state able to serve special populations - such as those with eating disorders - with the services of our staff Performance Psychiatrist.

Body by Design offers comprehensive personal training programs for participants in pageants, auditions, dance performances, and other special events where peak appearance or conditioning provides a necessary competitive edge. Arrangements are made on a per client basis and the program will depend on the individuals needs. In all cases, adequate preparation time must be allowed and will depend on the client and the event

For competitive or aspiring men’s and women’s body builders, special programs are available including intensive training, diet, contest preparation, posing and choreography. All training is to International Federation of Body Building (IFBB) standards, and arrangements are made on a per client basis. Experienced and conditioned competitors should allow a minimum of 3 months for preparation. Aspiring or first-time competitors will require additional time. We also design similar programs for women’s fitness and figure competitors.

Diet Counseling Diet counseling and compliance monitoring are included as part of our scheduled personal training services at no charge. We also offer physician-directed diet and nutrition counseling independently. These services are delivered by appointment on a fee-for-service basis. Please call for pricing.

Corporate Program We provide consulting and fitness services to companies and firms seeking to improve the health and well being of their employees and executives. Services range from educational seminars to on-site fitness training. Please call to discuss your situation and interests. Fees vary.

Speakers' Bureau As a service to the community, we can provide speakers for your special event, service club or community-group meeting at no charge. Please call for details.
